Did you receive a parking notice?

Please contact the issuing company on the back of the notice. CallToPark is unable to resolve issues with parking notices.

Did you forget your pin?

Please call 844.209.4343 from the phone number associated with the account.  This phone number will prompt you to enter a new pin. For security purposes, this action will remove all credit card information from the account. Once the pin is reset, visit calltopark.com or the app and log in with the new pin number to re-enter a new credit card under billing information.

Can I view previous receipts?

Yes, go to calltopark.com and log in with your phone and pin number. Change the option on the screen from email to phone. On the history tab of your account, you will be able to view all your receipts.
